The End of Enchantment... By Paul Tomori Monday, January 26, 2009 at 20:31:54 (EST) Continuing my latest "investment" theme for my blogs... (hey, it's RRSP time in Canada, folks!)... This is a really short entry. I was speaking with a friend who said, "man, I am just totally dis-enchanted with the stock market these days" (his investments are down 40%). Hardly an expert, but I know a little bit, I replied: "your first mistake was ever being "enchanted" by the stock market in the first place. Emotions and money only belong together at the track or inside the casino and in either case, one should know (and respect) one's limits. (Personally, my limit is zero for either place!)
